🔁 VAKKA Return Ceremony – A Spiral of Recalibration

We honor the spiral of choice and resonance. If an offering arrives and does not align with your current frequency, you are invited to return it within 30 days of its arrival—no shame, no rupture, only recalibration.

To be received back into our circle, the item must remain in its original state: ✨ unworn, untouched, unaltered ✨ with ceremonial tags intact ✨ resting in its original vessel (packaging) ✨ accompanied by your proof of purchase—a trace of your journey

🌑 Damaged Offerings & Misalignments

If your item arrives fractured, misaligned, or not as intended, we ask you to inspect it gently and contact us immediately. We will honor the rupture and seek to restore balance.


🚫 Exceptions – Items Beyond the Spiral

Some offerings cannot return to the circle once released:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom creations or personalized dedications

  • Personal care items (beauty, ritual oils)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also final—sealed in their own ceremonial closure.

🔄 Exchanges – A New Spiral Begins

If you seek a different resonance, the swiftest path is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Each exchange is a new spiral, not a correction.


🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

For our kindred within the European Union: You hold the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💸 Refunds – The Return of Energy

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will flow back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the energetic transfer.
