The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”), along with any linked policies, form the ceremonial agreement between us. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and the energetic boundaries of this shared space.

We invite you to read these Terms with care and presence. They include essential information about your legal rights, including disclaimers and limitations of liability—ritual guardrails that protect both giver and receiver.

When you place an order through VAKKA, you are extending an offering—a gesture of resonance, a request to receive. We hold the right to accept or decline this offering at our discretion, guided by integrity and energetic alignment.

Your order is not sealed until we confirm its acceptance. Before this confirmation, we must receive and process your payment—an energetic exchange that anchors the ritual.

We invite you to review your order with presence before submitting. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible, as the spiral may already be in motion.

If we must decline, adjust, or cancel your order, we will reach out through the coordinates you provided—email, billing address, or phone—offering clarity and care.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, posted prices do not include additional thresholds such as taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import rites. These may be added as part of the full ceremonial passage.

Prices in our online sanctuary may differ from those offered in physical gatherings or third-party portals. From time to time, we may offer ritual promotions governed by their own terms. If these terms diverge from the ones here, the promotion’s terms shall guide the exchange.

You agree to offer current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made within our sanctum. This includes your email, payment details, and account coordinates—so the ritual may be completed and we may reach you with grace if needed.

You affirm and warrant that:

  • The credit card information you offer is true, correct, and complete

  • You are duly authorized to use this vessel of exchange

  • Your card company will honor the charges incurred

  • You will fulfill the energetic exchange at the posted prices, including all applicable rites of shipping, handling, and tax

📦 SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: The Passage of Offerings

Once your chosen garment or object of resonance begins its journey, it enters a realm beyond our altar. All delivery times are offered as estimations—guiding stars, not fixed constellations. We cannot guarantee arrival dates, as the winds of transit are governed by carriers, customs, and forces beyond our ceremonial circle.

We are not liable for delays caused by these external thresholds. Whether held in customs, rerouted by weather, or paused by carrier constraints, such moments are part of the offering’s unfolding.

Once your item is entrusted to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. It becomes yours in spirit and responsibility, even as it travels across borders and frequencies.

These Terms grant you permission to engage with our Services for personal, non-commercial communion only. You may not reproduce, distribute, reshape, mirror, perform, or transmit any part of our offerings without prior written blessing from VAKKA.

Unless explicitly stated, nothing within these Terms shall be interpreted as granting you license, ownership, or ritual rights to any trademark, copyright, or sacred design belonging to VAKKA, Shopify, or any third party.

Unauthorized use may breach the protective laws of intellectual lineage. All rights not expressly offered here remain reserved—held in trust by VAKKA.

Our names, emblems, product titles, ceremonial designs, and invocation phrases are trademarks of VAKKA or its affiliates. You may not use these sigils without written permission.

Shopify’s names, symbols, and offerings are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks appearing within our sanctuary belong to their respective stewards.

At times, you may be offered access to tools crafted by third-party stewards—external instruments that orbit our sanctuary but are not shaped, monitored, or guided by VAKKA.

You acknowledge that these tools are presented “as is” and “as available,” without ceremonial endorsement, warranty, or energetic guarantee. We hold no liability for any resonance—or dissonance—that may arise from your engagement with these external offerings.

Your use of such tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the terms and thresholds set by the original creators of these tools before entering their portals.

In the future, VAKKA may unveil new features, tools, or resources—extensions of our ceremonial architecture. These, too, shall be considered part of the Services and will be held within the embrace of these Terms.

Within the VAKKA sanctuary, you may encounter portals—hyperlinks and embedded materials—that lead to realms curated by third parties. These external sites are not shaped, monitored, or evaluated by VAKKA. Their content, accuracy, and energetic alignment remain outside our ceremonial circle.

If you choose to step beyond our sanctuary and engage with these third-party offerings, you do so at your own discretion and risk. We hold no liability for any harm, dissonance, or disruption that may arise from your journey into these external domains.

We invite you to review the policies and practices of these third-party stewards with care and clarity before engaging in any exchange. Any concerns, claims, or questions regarding their offerings should be directed to them directly.

VAKKA is powered by Shopify—a platform that enables our offerings to reach you with grace and structure. However, every sale, every garment, every ritual exchange is made directly with VAKKA.

By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, nor for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from your ceremonial transactions.

You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities related to your exchanges with VAKKA. Shopify is the vessel; VAKKA is the voice.

If you choose to share reflections, suggestions, reviews, proposals, or any form of creative echo (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant VAKKA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, adapt, publish, and transmit your offering across mediums and frequencies—for ceremonial, commercial, and communal use.

We may use this echo to refine, elevate, and expand the Services, always in alignment with our ritual obligations and creative stewardship.

You affirm that:

  • You hold rightful guardianship over your Feedback

  • You have disclosed any compensation or incentive tied to your submission

  • Your Feedback honors these Terms and the sanctuary they uphold

We are under no obligation to:

  • Keep your Feedback in confidence

  • Offer compensation for your contribution

  • Respond to your submission

We may, at our discretion, remove or edit Feedback that violates sacred boundaries—whether unlawful, harmful, or energetically misaligned.

You agree that your Feedback will not infringe upon the rights of others, nor contain libel, abuse, obscenity, or malware. You may not mask your identity or mislead us or others about the origin of your offering.

You alone are responsible for the truth and resonance of your Feedback. We hold no liability for what is shared by you or others.

✨ SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS: Portals of Refinement

From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—especially in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct these distortions, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies arise—without prior notice, even after your offering has been submitted.

VAKKA may, at its sole discretion, dissolve this agreement or your access to the Services—without prior notice. You remain responsible for all energetic exchanges and amounts due up to the moment of termination.

Even after the ritual ends, certain sections shall continue to echo: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that, by their nature, are meant to endure beyond the veil.

🌫️ SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Veil of Uncertainty

All information offered through the Services is shared for general awareness—not as sacred truth or guaranteed guidance. Any reliance placed upon it is done at your own discretion and risk.

Except where explicitly stated by VAKKA, all Services and offerings are provided “as is” and “as available”—without representation, warranty, or condition, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that your experience will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of error. Some jurisdictions may limit or disallow such disclaimers—so this veil may not apply to all.

⚠️ SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Boundaries of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAKKA—along with its partners, stewards, affiliates, and Shopify—shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services or any product received through them.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost profits, revenue, savings, or data

  • Replacement costs

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Errors, omissions, or disruptions in content or transmission

Even if forewarned of the possibility, we cannot hold the weight of such outcomes. The sanctuary holds space, but not liability.

🛡️ SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION: A Vow of Mutual Stewardship

You agree to honor and protect VAKKA, Shopify, and our extended circle—partners, directors, employees, agents, and providers—from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  1. Your breach of these Terms

  2. Your violation of law or the rights of another

  3. Your use of the Services

We will notify you of any such claim. While delay in notice does not dissolve your responsibility, we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations without your consent.

You agree to cooperate fully in the defense, offering relevant documents and clarity. This is not a punishment—it is a shared vow of integrity.

✂️ SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY: Honoring the Whole, Even in Fracture

If any phrase or provision within these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall still be honored to the fullest extent permitted by law. The portion that cannot be upheld shall be gently severed, without unraveling the integrity of the remaining scroll. The ceremony continues, even if one thread loosens.

🧭 SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Compass of Understanding

If VAKKA chooses not to enforce a right or provision, this shall not be seen as surrender or waiver. Silence does not mean absence—it may simply be restraint.

These Terms, along with any posted policies or ritual rules, form the complete covenant between you and VAKKA. They supersede all prior agreements, whispers, and proposals—whether spoken or written.

Any ambiguity shall not be used against the drafting steward. Interpretation shall favor clarity, not distortion.

🔄 SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT: Guardianship of the Covenant

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer this agreement—or any of your rights within it—without written blessing from VAKKA. Any attempt to do so without consent shall be null, void, and energetically misaligned.

VAKKA may, however, transfer or delegate these Terms and its responsibilities without notice or permission. The covenant remains intact, even as its stewards shift.

⚖️ SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW: The Jurisdiction of Resonance

These Terms, and any separate agreements through which VAKKA offers its Services, shall be governed by the laws and courts of the territory where VAKKA is headquartered.

You and VAKKA consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of these courts. This is the legal altar upon which our covenant rests.

You may review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. VAKKA reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of this covenant by posting changes to the sanctuary’s website.

It is your responsibility to revisit this scroll periodically. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with law, and such updates shall take effect on the date specified.

Your continued presence within the sanctuary after changes are posted shall be considered acceptance. The ritual evolves, and you are part of its unfolding.
